Bullmoose Mines Ltd. is a Company that holds the Mineral license for the Bullmoose Lake Mine located 65 air kilometers east south- east of Yellowknife North West Territories (NWT), Canada, at 62 degrees 17 minutes North latitude and 122 degrees 44 minutes West longitude.

Bullmoose Mines Ltd. business plan consists of three phases.

Phase One:

Our highly motivated staff has been on site and has spent the summer sampling and re-testing the residual surface ore and identifying the site resources. Based on the positive assay results and confirmation of deposits, a milling program has been created for start of surface ore processing starting in May 2011.

The Company has commenced meetings with agents of local and federal government, First Nations and local business leaders, in order to establish close working relationships. Bullmoose Corporate is working towards establishing itself as solid citizen with participation in local chambers and direct involvement towards the support of development within the region. We will work to continue to meet and exceed all necessary requirements to be a fiscal and eco responsible employer.

Phase Two:

During the upcoming winter period the company would initiate action to obtain all necessary permits required to commence operations on the Bullmoose site in 2011. The major operation in 2011 would consist of bringing in equipment and building an integrated test mill which will process existing stored surface ore.

The initial test processing is expected to commence mid May and to continue through to mid September 2011.

In conjunction with the commencement of mill operations to test the stored surface ore, Phase 2 site work includes updating of the geological information, surveying land to confirm the previous reported facts regarding the surface veins on site and commission a report for the viability of de-watering the mine in the future.

Phase Three:

Based on the viability of the reports, the Company would look to re-open the underground operations in the future. It is expected that the Company will apply and receive, all necessary permits and licenses which would be issued in accordance with current environmental requirements, other local and federal legislation and current operating requirements. The mine reopening and operation would of course contribute to provide a stable mining operation in the region.

In addition to completion of the phased business plan for the Mine property, the Investor Group, which has previous experience in Media operations, will record and document the different phases of the mine re-opening. This completed documentary movie is planned to be broadcast on the Discovery Channel and interested local stations, and will also showcase the progress that the Government of North West Territories and the First Nations Group have made on political and environmental issues as well as general overall climate of the region. In general terms, highlight business opportunities and the empowered business structure existing in the North West Territories.

We wish to acknowledge the businesses and the residents of the City of Yellowknife who have opened their doors to Bullmoose staff and have been most generous with their time and offers of support.

Bullmoose Mines Ltd. looks forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship with Yellowknife, the North West Territories administration, coupled with the local community and will do its best to feed the local mosquitos during the next operating season.
